Blue Rings Around Brown Eyes Mean What

MARATONINA INTERNAZIONALE VITTORIA ALATA 21.02.10

Sunday I participated in the half marathon of Vittorio Veneto, tralaltro valid international race circuit as a third round of "Waiting for Treviso Marathon".
path of 10km and a half to be repeated 2 times (at the end of my garmin scored 21.24 km), the first 4km downhill fast, turning point and "lift" for 5 km long embankment to reach the highest part of the track, new turning point and the last km downhill ... challenging course and "misleading" So, so much so that after the first km courses too fast and a first round in which I made my own on 10.000mt (36'53 ") from 15 km mark in connection with the climb, I started to accuse the pace too high, taking in the first km, fault management is not negligible to 3 weeks from the Treviso Marathon, but partly consoled by the fact that it was a mistake common to many "opponents" like me who have been in crisis in the last km losing precious seconds. Eventually I stopped the clock in 1h20'13 "going through the second round well 2min slower than the first ... Anyway this is my best time on a half marathon (I have the 21'097km paths under an hour and twenty first ) improved by 2 minutes the result of one month ago in Cavrie. I was ranked 37 th overall and 12th grade. This podium race: 1. Koszar Zsolt (Hun) 1h05'23 "2. Julius Kipkurgat Too (Ken) 1h05'24 "3. Matthew Rugut Kiprotich (Ken) 1h05'27 "as the first Italian ranked in fifth position (Fabio Bernardi, 1h09'51").
close with two good news: the first is that I celebrated the anniversary of my first official half marathon, because one year ago in its debut on the length and the same race with the same path, ending with a time of 1h32'02 "(I have eaten 12min in a year), the second is that they are second class in the overall standings of the circuit, until the fourth and final round on Sunday next, or the 30km of the "Belluno-Feltre run".
