TRAILRUNNING!
Store and throw the labors of the TV Marathon, in conjunction with the advent of spring, turn the page! The sad
straight and flat asphalt give way to walking paths and trails that wind through the hills and ups and downs in the Venetian Pre-Alps surrounded by nature and its scents spring: This will be the habitat in which I planned the most races ( and training) of the season in preparation for the harsh summer events that will see me involved in the Trentino mountains.
But beyond preparedness races, "trailrunning (" variant of the race that is different from road racing and track racing, as normally takes place on trails normally used for hiking, especially in the mountains "taken from wikipedia ) for me is the essence of the race, the race is more than an end in itself, is a find myself a return to my roots to rediscover man as such, or mammalian predator forced to run in the midst of unspoiled nature to hunt and to escape from larger predators, but not necessarily go so far back in time, I can simply say that the trailrunning for me is a time to be in harmony with myself and with the beauty of the world, away from asphalt, traffic noise "artificial", Chaos, thoughts.
