WORLD 24 HOURS OF TRAVEL ROAD 13-14.05.10
For once I feel compelled to devote a page of my blog is not my race, but the Italian team of ultramarathon company that has distinguished itself once again gaining good placings and medals on the world 24 hours travel road between yesterday and today held in Brive-La Gaillarde in France.
Huge as always, the myth and the incomparable Ivan Cudin Monica Casiraghi, two exceptional athletes and two people pure and simple that I had the honor of knowing when the Cimbri dell'Ecomaratona in September 2009 ... Soon, after the "mess" on the shorter distances, well I'll try to experiment in ultramarathons, a discipline that has long fascinated me, to feel a small step closer to these my idols.

"World 24 hour road race (Brive-la-Gaillarde) - A race just completed an initial exploration results on the basis of data still unofficial (byRanciaffi-Crispi)
Brive, a small town in the French region Limousin, Friday 'May 14, 2010, 10:00 am: these are the space-time that the whole of Italy and our sport to be entered in the Golden Book of unforgettable events. So much credit goes to the national teams of FIDAL ultramarathon that would have won it eight medals, based on unofficial data (to be confirmed). Individually they have won, Monica Casiraghi: World silver and European silver, Ivan Cudin: World bronze and European gold, the women's team silver World and European silver, the men's team silver World and European gold.
